If you needed one more reason to come to the Bluff City Regional - Class A Tournament in Memphis, TN then here you go! Join us for an amazing and unique Athlete Development Training Seminar on Sunday, January 19th.

At this one-of-a-kind seminar, participants will train alongside all of the 2025 Team ATA-USA members under the direction of the Team ATA-USA Coaches and Training Staff!

Grand Master Tammy Harvey-Stauber, Chief Master Kevin Kaminski, Sr. Master Tony Rosa, Sr. Master Jesse Isaacs, Sr. Master Cesar Ravedutti, Master Jharen Haynes, Master Lauren Blanks!

This will be some amazing training with some of the best coaches and athletes in the ATA and you don't want to miss it!

Who: All ATA Members in the Leadership or Legacy Program ages 9 and up.
When: Sunday, January 19th, 2025

ATA Athlete Development

ATA International believes that Songahm Athletes are forged through consistent and safe training. At our Athlete Development Seminars, you will receive quality instruction in a positive environment. Our instructors are skilled at assessing your ability and creating a plan that will help you improve your strength, mobility, and overall performance. After an in-person Athlete Development Seminar, you may receive an invitation to participate at the annual Athlete Development Training Camp. Participants will train with Team ATA-USA members and coaches throughout this camp and dynamic Master Instructors from worldwide.
